Nothing! Online Banking is another benefit of Charlotte Metro Federal Credit Union membership.

Is my account information secure on Online Banking?
Yes. Online Banking provides secure financial services through a protocol known as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The SSL prevents other computers along the route from eavesdropping by encrypting all data transmitted between you and our site.

I keep on getting invalid username/password, how do I log in?
Click on the Forgot Password or Forgot Username button above and answer the prompts. If you receive an error message or you are unable to answer all of the questions, please contact us at or 704.375.0183

  Why does CMFCU require a security code to register for online banking?
New FFIEC guidelines for Authentication in an
Internet Environment require financial institutions
to increase measures to protect Internet banking members from online fraud.  We are now required to implement stronger layered security to protect against today's threats. 

Am I required to enter a security code
every time?
No. The first time you register a computer you will be
required to enter a security code.  Prior to entering the code, click the “yes” button to remember your computer and you will not be prompted for the code again while using that computer.

I still have to enter a security code every time I log in, even though I chose to remember my computer.
