Operations Specialist

Responsible for performing various back office banking functions including: ATM balancing and reporting; monitoring exception reports; optical image scanning; processing daily returned deposited checks received from the Federal Reserve Bank; maintaining safe deposit box inventory and billing, coordinating SDB audits; preparing and mailing required member correspondence and mail room administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years experience in back office banking operations
  • Working knowledge of accounting theories and practices
  • Intermediate user of Excel and spreadsheets
  • Good communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize efficiently and meet deadlines

Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Provide for accurate servicing of mortgage loans by resolving members' questions/issues regarding post closing mortgage loan transactions in person, electronically, by telephone, or through mail. Provide accurate loan servicing to the membership by utilizing knowledge of mortgage loan products and servicing procedures.

Business Lending Consultant

Business development responsibilities include; generating new business members to refer business to the credit union. Monitor business and economic developments to promote and develop new business leads through active involvement in community, charity, organizations, and civic clubs. Conduct independent analysis of potential and existing businesses including financial and general business information from prospects and existing members, perform financial analysis needed to determine what services and products should be recommended. Gather, review, submit and present complete loan packages to include evaluation of business and commercial real estate financial statements, tax returns, personal financial statements, and credit bureau information. Analysis of cash flow, ratios, and projections is expected along with active participation with the lending team in other due diligence activities.


  • College degree or equivalent educational and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years credit union/banking experience
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and sales skills
  • A demonstrable record in establishing new business and in setting and achieving annual goals

Contact Center Representative

Responsible to accurately convey information pertaining to the products and services of the credit union. Answer all inquiries and respond to requests with regard to members' accounts. Maintain excellent call standards and provide accurate information to callers. Assist members with establishing and maintaining various account types, products and services.

Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Every 3rd Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm.


Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Ideal candidate has proven service record with previous cash-handling or teller experience.

Member Service Advisor

This position requires a service-oriented individual who will assist members with account questions, opening new accounts and processing loan applications. Prior lending experience is desired. The ideal candidate must be:

  • sales driven
  • able to multi-task
  • an effective communicator

Member Service Advisor Floater

Responsible for building relationships and increasing market share by selling credit union products and services including loans. Utilize sales tools to effectively cross-sell products and services, member referrals, and promote the credit union brand. Must be able to assist members at any branch location, including the Contact Center on occasion. The ideal candidate is able to effectively conduct MSA and Teller job functions as needed. This position requires schedule flexibility.


Evaluate and/or design new systems, applications, networks, or other technology tools that support growth, enhance services to customers, and provide efficient processes for end-users which support the strategic goals of the credit union.


  • College degree or equivalent educational and work experience
  • Prior experience with Symitar programming, Power On and Symform preferred
  • 1+ year experience with SQL, ASP.NET,C# or VB.Net, Javascript, XML and HTML required
  • Experience with AJAX, MVC, UNIX, and Java preferred
